SNP datasets for population genomics of the Antarctic soft coral Alcyonium antarcticum

This repository contains SNP datasets generated using DArTseq for the Antarctic soft coral Alcyonium antarcticum. Two filtered SNP datasets are provided:1) A large-scale dataset (1,574 SNPs) used to investigate regional population structure, genetic diversity, connectivity, and demographic history across the Western Antarctic Peninsula.2) A local and fine-scale dataset (2,219 SNPs) used to investigate fine-scale genetic structure, kinship, and recruitment dynamics in Fildes Bay, King George Island. Raw sequencing reads were generated by Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT Pty Ltd., Australia) and are not publicly available. The study is registered under NCBI BioProject PRJNA1389606.
