CETω multi-messenger bounds pipeline: qubit decoherence and gravitational-wave constraints

Analysis pipeline for "Multi-messenger constraints on the CETω nonlocal modified gravity framework: superconducting qubit decoherence and gravitational-wave observations" (Balfagón 2026). Contains:- IBM Quantum Ramsey spectroscopy analysis (ibm_torino, Job 4, 2026-03-10)- Analytical GW phase bounds from 9 LVK events (GWTC-2 + GWTC-3)- Fully Bayesian parameter estimation on GW150914 (Bilby/dynesty, 48h)- Mock Data Challenge (β_inj = 1e-22, factor 1.4 recovery)- Global multi-messenger posterior combining qubit + GW likelihoods- All publication figures (Figs. 1–5) Key results: |β_GW| < 9.0e-24 (rad/s)^-2 (9-event combined, 2σ); |β_qubit| < 7.61e-21 (rad/s)^-2 (ibm_torino Ramsey, 2σ); ln B(CETω/GR) = +2.31 ± 0.29.
