The aim of this research was to confirm the regulatory effect of wild-type and mutant BRAF on gene expression in the development of prostate cancer. In this research, there were three samples examed including sample of negtive control cells (DU145-P-Enter), sample of cells with wild-type BRAF overexpressed (DU145-WT) and sample of cells with BRAFL597R mutant plasmids transfected(DU145-L597R).
