Transcriptome data of Myriophyllum spicatum

Transcriptome data of submerged and emergent leaves of Myriophyllum spicatum. Branches from one individual of M. spicatum were cut to produce 6 plants. Then, the six plants were grown in six pots. Three pots were supplied with limited water (< 1 cm high water) to make aerial/emergent new leaves. The other three pots were supplied with enough water to make submerged new leaves. Three leaves from each pot were pooled and used for total RNA extraction.
