This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (4.2.1 release) and it is suitable for the automatized analysis of confocal microscopy images. It was created to analyze confocal microscopy images of cultured rat astrocytes in order to quantifiy neutral lipids, following staining with the neutral lipid stain LipidTOX. The pipeline can be easily adapted to a new project, modyfing the parameters in the commands that compose it.
