"Balanced Nutrition Academic Achievement Dataset – Primary School Students, 2025-2026

This dataset contains anonymized academic achievement scores and demographic information collected from 268 fourth-grade primary school students enrolled in public primary schools in Iğdır, Turkey, during the 2025–2026 academic year. Data were collected using the Balanced Nutrition Academic Achievement Test (Yıldız et al., 2019; α = .80), a 20-item multiple-choice instrument. The dataset includes variables such as gender, breakfast habits, nutrition education status, presence of healthy eating rules at home, and availability of healthy foods at home. All identifying information has been removed to protect participant confidentiality. The data were collected following institutional ethical approval and informed parental consent.
