This document presents the codebook and summarisation template used to support the qualitative analysis of data in the study “Determinants of MonitoraSB implementation in state oral health management in Brazil’s Unified Health System: A qualitative study using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research”. The material was developed to guide data coding, organise analytical summaries, and ensure consistency in the identification and interpretation of implementation determinants according to the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR).
