This dataset contains a knowledge graph (KG) for open and internal publication and dataset metadata of the Biodiversity Exploratories (BE) up to publication 32158 and dataset 32170 (derived on the 15th of September 2025), and contributes the first implementation of 'semantic units', semantically meaningful, named subgraphs within a knowledge graph. Almost all datasets contain results of plots from the three exploratories (Schwäbische Alb, Hainich-Dün, Schorfheide-Chorin).
