资源简介:
A multi-omics analysis (metagenomics and metabolomics) of the relationship between the gut microbiota (GM) and hypertension within a cohort of 451 healthy Chinese individuals. The microbial profile, including F/B ratio, alpha-diversity, beta-diversity and differential species associated with hypertension were examined in the cohort with and without antihypertensive treatment. Associations of hypertension with immune markers and short-chain fatty acids were also conducted. Additionally, the functional contributions of the metagenomic data of the untreated cohort was explored on pathway level and gene family levels. Finally, the untargeted plasma metabolomics of the hosts were examined on a single metabolite level and pathway level. Files include clinical metadata, metagenomic, and metabolomics data with R scripts. Clinical metadata describes the general clinical aspects of the cohort which includes, but not limited to, age, sex, BMI, 24 hour mean blood pressure values, biochemical markers, and liver fibrosis. Metagenomic data includes relative abundances files. Metabolomics data include LC-MS peak intensity values, mass to charge ratio, and annotations.
