Ad-hTCF7L2 was utilized to overexpress TCF7L2 in RPCs. We identified 1622 differentially expressed genes, including 1134 upregulated genes and 488 downregulated genes. We found that overexpressed TCF7L2 in RPCs significantly downregulate genes involving in cell cycle and DNA replication Overall design: Retinal progentior cells (RPCs) were dividied into two groups, including Ad-hTCF7L2 (n=3) and its control Ad-NC (n=3). Sequencing of the library preparations were performed on an Illumina NovaSeq platform and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated.
