Murine hepatocellular carcinoma of similar size were collected from WT and Top1mt-/- livers. Total RNA was isolated from tumors of 3 mice for each genotype. We used RNA-seq to compare the genes differentially expressed between WT and Top1mt-/- murine HCC. Overall design: Male mice received a diethlynitrosamine ip injection at day 14. At 8 weeks of age mice received twice weekly carbon tetrachloride for a duration of 14 weeks. Hepatocellular carcinoma were collected at 22 weeks.
