We have established a machine learning-based model capable of predicting the successful hypothalamus-pituitary organoid formation from human iPS cells, based solely on phase-contrast images captured at the early timing of differentiation. We compared human iPSC-derived hypothalamus-pituitary organoids predicted to fail or succeed at day 9 or 15.
