Reference database for COI metabarcoding of gut contents of Dysdera verneaui

Reference database of COI mini-barcodes (313 bp Leray fragment). Used for taxonomic assignment in Macias-Hernandez et al. 2017 (in preparation). File db_COI_Dysdera.fasta includes the COI reference sequences and the taxids. This file can be used for taxonomic assignment using ecotag. File taxo_Dysdera.ldx includes the new taxids assigned for some new species added. This file is to be used as a local taxon names file in a taxonomy database formatted with ecoPCR format.
