54 human immune cells as samples (7 cell types) were cultured, isolated and sequenced. According to the compressed sensing measurement matrix, these samples were subsampled and mixed to obtain 40 cDNA mixing pools. Then the 40 sub-sampling mixed pools were sequenced. Smart-seq2 protocols were used in constructing sequencing libraries.
