Rat Genome Database

The Rat Genome Database stores genetic, genomic, phenotype, and disease data generated from rat research. It provides access to corresponding data for nine other species, allowing cross-species comparison. Data curation is performed both manually and via an automated pipeline, giving RGD users integrated access to a wide variety of data to support their research.大鼠基因组数据库（Rat Genome Database，下文简称RGD）收录源自大鼠研究的遗传学、基因组学、表型学及疾病相关数据。该数据库同时提供其余九个物种类别的对应数据，支持跨物种比较分析。数据整理工作通过人工与自动化处理管线两种方式完成，可为RGD用户提供整合后的多类型数据访问权限，以支撑其科研工作。
