We identified long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) expressed in macrophages and characterized one lncRNA, designated lncFAO. To analyze the function of lncFAO, effects of knockdown and knockout of lncFAO were analyzed by RNA-seq. Overall design: [1] RNA-seq profiling of effects of the knockdown and deletion of lncFAO. [2] RNA-seq profiling of time-course effects of deletion of lncFAO.
