Assumptions: 50 nm spherical magnetosomes with a saturation magnetization of 480 kA/m (magnetite) separated by 5 nm gaps, divided in two equal, non-staggered strands of 11 crystals.<br>Initial state: SD-like state with same-polarity.strands<br>Final state: flux-closure state with opposed-polarity strands.<br>CSV data structure with magnetosomes numbered from 1 to 22 starting from one chain extremity of strand 1 and continuing with the same side in strand 2. Magnetic moment directions are given in spherical coordinates with respect to the chain axis. Column 1: total energy normalized by kT, with T = 293 K. Columns 2-23: polar angles of the magnetic moments of individual magnetosomes (theta01, ..., theta22). Columns 24-45: azimuthal angles of the magnetic moments of individual magnetosomes (phi01, ..., phi22).
