Data Use: This geocoded point-layer of urban agriculture sites in the City of Dallas was compiled from several lists dated from 2017, 2018, and the summer 2022. The sites were verified by their online presence and satellite imagery. Acres were calculated with polygon digitizing over productive area shown in the satellite imagery. This legacy version is still featured in the webmap, COD Social Health UA. It was later updated in November 2022, this version may contain useful information for past urban agriculture sites that could be revived. Data source: Several sources such as Dallas Coalition for Hunger Solutions, NTFB Gardening Partners, Green Dallas, online searches.
