STROBE Checklist for: To Generate Data of Vessel Wall Imaging MRI Findings in Atherosclerotic Ischemic Stroke Patients and their Correlation with Clinical Outcomes: A Prospective Cohort Study.

This repository contains the completed STROBE (Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology) checklist for the study protocol titled "To Generate Data of Vessel Wall Imaging MRI Findings in Atherosclerotic Ischemic Stroke Patients and their Correlation with Clinical Outcomes: A Prospective Cohort Study." The checklist has been prepared in accordance with the STROBE 2025 reporting guidelines for observational studies and provides a detailed mapping of each STROBE item to the corresponding page numbers within the study protocol. The study is a prospective cohort investigation designed to evaluate vessel wall imaging magnetic resonance imaging (VWI-MRI) characteristics in patients with atherosclerotic ischemic stroke and to assess their association with clinical outcomes, including functional recovery, recurrent stroke, morbidity, and mortality during six months of follow-up.
