资源简介:

This dataset contains the figure-source data supporting the manuscript "Superconductivity in epitaxial PtSb(0001) thin films". The files provide the numerical values used to generate selected panels for symmetric X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature-dependent resistivity (superconducting transitions), field-induced transition broadening in perpendicular magnetic fields, anisotropic upper critical fields (for orientations perpendicular and parallel to the film plane), and current-driven differential resistance (dV/dI) characteristics. The measurements cover temperatures from 0.5 K to 300 K and magnetic fields up to approximately 1.2 T. The dataset is provided as a collection of plain-text files. Each file contains a short header describing the corresponding figure panel, the specific sample or measurement parameters, and tab-separated column definitions. The package includes data from epitaxial PtSb(0001) thin films with various thicknesses (15 nm, 30 nm, 50 nm, and 100 nm) grown on SrF2(111) substrates. These files are curated figure-source data extracted for reproducibility and reuse; they are not instrument-native raw data files. The data underpin the report of superconductivity in epitaxial PtSb thin films, establishing a superconducting transition at T_c = 1.72 K, quantifying the anisotropic Ginzburg–Landau parameters (coherence lengths \xi_{ab} and \xi_c), and characterizing the critical current density. These results position epitaxial PtSb as a lattice-matched superconducting platform compatible with the NiAs-type materials family, including altermagnets.
