MedChat Diagnostic Reports

This dataset comprises diagnostic texts generated using the MedChat framework, with inputs including retinal fundus images and their corresponding clinical notes. It demonstrates how to integrate multiple clinical perspectives into a comprehensive diagnostic report, which includes domain-specific sub-reports generated by different professional agents, with particular focus on the diagnosis of advanced glaucoma and the provision of treatment recommendations. This task is termed multi-agent diagnostic reporting.
