Effect of overexpression of PHOX1 on gene expression of AGS gastric cancer cells

This study aims to investigate the impact of the PHOX1 gene on the biological characteristics of the gastric cancer cell line AGS using transcriptome RNA sequencing technology. The experiment is divided into two groups: the control group consists of AGS NC1-3, which includes 3 biological replicates, all being AGS cells transfected with an empty vector; the experimental group is AGS PHOX1 1-3, also containing 3 biological replicates, which are AGS cells with stable overexpression of the PHOX1 gene. By performing transcriptome sequencing on samples from both groups, differences in gene expression profiles will be analyzed, and key genes and signaling pathways regulated by PHOX1 will be screened, providing experimental evidence for elucidating the molecular mechanisms of PHOX1 in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
