<p>How to use this application: </p><p>1. Before starting in the QuickCapture app, open the Survey123 app and make sure you downloaded all updates. </p><p>2. Open the QuickCapture app and START your track by pushing "Start/Stop Track". This button will blink and you will see a red recording icon if the track has been started. </p><p>3. Launch your Survey123 form by selecting the appropriate form layout. </p><p>4. Once you submit your Survey123 form you will be returned to QuickCapture. </p><p>5. This digital data collection form and subsequent dataset contains information regarding the search and reporting of oiled wildlife following a spill. Partner agencies (federal, state, NGO, etc.) can participate in this reporting system and feed information directly to the incident command team during spills. The intention of this system is to provide first responders and situation leaders with real-time information to make decisions during developing spill scenarios. Polygon data represents the general perimeter of the search area during the spill response. Point data represents the specific location of individual wildlife that was observed during the search.
