One row per observation. States derived from first-hand reads of eachrepository's public commits.atom feed and HTTP status: 404 => deleted/inaccessible; last commit<=180d => alive; 180-365d => dormant; >365d => abandoned. Interval-censoring is disclosed per theREADME (including a known collection gap on 2026-07-30). Provenance is 'own' (first-hand reads) forevery row.
