In this study we transfect HEK293T cells with a truncation mutant of NUP153 (1-650 aa) containing a N-terminal GFP tag. We then infect the cells with tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV), and determine the binding region to the viral RNA using cross link immunoprecipitaion sequencing (CLIP-seq).
