Code and data files for figure generation

R code and data files to generate figures presented in Bolnick et al "<strong>A multivariate view of the speciation continuum". </strong>The datasets for birds (birdspn.csv), frogs (frogspn.csv), lepidoptera (lepspn.csv) came from Dan Funk and Patrik Nosil arising from their 2005 paper. The dataset for Drosophila (Dros.csv) was from Roman Yukilevich, with modifications added to his 2012 publication dataset as described in the Supplementary Materials to the Bolnick et al paper. The plant database (plantspn.csv) was supplied by Leonie Moyle.
