<b>Gated Pathwise SSM2D</b>: <i>DRIVE128</i> and <i>Snake128</i> Segmentation Datasets

This dataset contains the preprocessed datasets used for the paper "Gated Pathwise 2D State Space Models for Curvilinear Structure Segmentation". ### Contents: 1. **DRIVE128.zip** - Preprocessed DRIVE dataset (random crops to 128x128). - Original DRIVE dataset is cited in the paper (Staal et al., 2004). 2. **Snake128.zip** - Synthetic snake dataset generated for experiments. - Contains images, masks, and optional circle masks. ### Usage: - Download both datasets and extract them to `_data/drive128` and `_data/snake128` respectively. - Run training scripts from the repository: `run_main_drive.bat` and `run_main_snake.bat`. - Ensure `conda_environment.yml` is used to install dependencies. ### Citation: - DRIVE dataset: Staal et al., 2004, "Ridge-Based Vessel Segmentation in Color Images of the Retina", IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging. - Snake dataset: Generated dataset for this study.
