Higher exchange efficiencies of peptide C8-3 and C9-7 to HLA-A*02:01 were observed by peptide exchange assay. To further validate the immunogenicity of a peptide, HLA-A2 transgenic mice were immunized with peptide C8-3 and C9-7, irrespectively. After the third immunization, splenic cells were harvested and cultured. peptide specific CD8 T cells were sorted with tetramer and sequenced.
