Predictive screening for inflammatory disorders of pregnancy using targeted maternal cell-free RNA assays: proof-of-principle data from large animal and human cohorts

This proof of principle study utilised both sheep and human samples to demonstrate that maternal plasma cfRNA is highly accurate for the prediction and screening of inflammatory disorders of pregnancy including chorioamnionitis and preeclampsia.
