RNA sequencing for endometrial tissues of patients with repeated implantation failure

Approximately 15% of couples suffer from infertility in reproductive age globally. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is the most useful treatment for patients with infertility. However, repeated implantation failure (RIF) is one of the most difficult challenges for the success of IVF, which might be caused by poor endometrial receptivity due to decreased endometrial cell proliferation. Therefore, explore differential expressed genes in endometrial tissues of patients with repeated implantation failure could provide novel targets to treat RIF.
