Anthropogenic Stressors in the Saguenay Fjord: Spatial Data on Cumulative Exposure and Ecological Risk

This dataset was compiled for a PhD research project investigating the spatial distribution of cumulative anthropogenic exposure and ecological risk in the Saguenay Fjord, Québec, Canada. The repository contains six datasets describing human activities and potential anthropogenic stressors in the Saguenay Fjord: SF_agr_all: agricultural activities and related data; light_200: coastal development represented using nighttime-light data; navigation: navigation and shipping-related activities; file_over: wastewater treatment plant and other water-waste information; bathymetry: bathymetric data for the Saguenay Fjord These datasets can be used to characterize the spatial distribution of individual stressors and to support the assessment of cumulative exposure and ecological risk in the fjord. The files are provided in CSV, GeoPackage, shapefile, or raster format.
