Effectiveness of Class IV LASER Therapy versus Phonophoresis in Individuals with Mechanical Low Back Pain

Mechanical low back pain is one of the most common condition face by every individual in their lifetime. To deal with mechanical low back pain, non-invasive therapies like Class IV LASER and Phonophoresis is used to relieve pain, reduce low back disability, increase lumbar range of motion and enhance quality of life. Patients were divided into 3 groups in which group 1 is treated with Class IV LASER therapy along with conventional physiotherapy, Group 2 is treated with Phonophoresis along with conventional physiotherapy and Group 3 is treated with Conventional physiotherapy.机械性腰痛（Mechanical Low Back Pain）是人群一生中最为常见的病症之一。针对机械性腰痛，临床常采用Ⅳ级激光疗法（Class IV LASER）与超声药物透入疗法（Phonophoresis）等非侵入性治疗手段，以达到缓解疼痛、减轻腰椎功能障碍、提升腰椎活动度并改善生活质量的目的。本研究将受试患者分为3组：第1组接受Ⅳ级激光疗法联合常规物理治疗（conventional physiotherapy），第2组接受超声药物透入疗法联合常规物理治疗，第3组仅接受常规物理治疗。
