CHROMA and Crimsonology: A Complete Framework for Designing, Engineering, and Analyzing Living Organisms

This white paper presents CHROMA, a conceptual framework for high-capacity genetic engineering capable of transferring 20,000–28,500 genes into mammalian cells. The framework organizes genetic modifications into one primary category (core functional drivers) and 39 secondary categories covering functional support systems including DNA repair, telomere maintenance, immune suppression, anti-silencing, synthetic centromeres, and kill switches. The document also introduces Crimsonology, an interdisciplinary analytical system that examines genomes across four domains: Structural, Dynamic, Essential, and Metaphysical, comprising 28 measurable aspects. Six application scenarios are presented: anti-aging therapy, cancer immunotherapy, organ regeneration, infectious disease resistance, xenotransplantation, and synthetic organisms.
