This project provides the genome assembly of an individual of the Danio rerio Cooch Behar strain, common name zebrafish, based on a sample provided by John Postlethwait, University of Oregon, via ZIRC. The assembly is provided by the Wellcome Sanger Institute Tree of Life Programme in collaboration with Cambridge University.
