Structural gene simulation dataset for the influence of GeO2 on the spectral properties of phosphate neodymium glass

The objects involved in this dataset are: laser neodymium glass with 59.5P2O5-23.3K2O-8.6MgO-6.6Al2O3-1.5M2O3-0.5Nb2O5-2Nd2O3 (M=Y, La, Sb) as the base glass PG0, and modified glass with different contents of GeO2 (x=0.5, 10, 15... 55, 60) mol% added by external doping method, labeled as PG0.5~PG60. This dataset includes information on glass sample melting and annealing, as well as partial optical and spectral properties of glass samples. The density was measured using an Electronic Densimeter SD-200L instrument. The refractive index was measured using a Precision Refractometer KPR-2000 high-precision automatic V-shaped prism refractometer, with a light source wavelength of 587.6 nm and a test error of ± 0.00003. The absorption spectrum was collected using a Lambda 950 UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer with a range of 200-1000 nm and noise of ± 0.0004 Abs. The fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence lifetime were tested using the Edinburgh Instrument FLSP920 time-resolved spectrometer. The excitation wavelength of the fluorescence spectrum was 808 nm, and the test band was 850-1500 nm. The fluorescence lifetime test error was ± 5 μ s. Raman spectroscopy was tested using the Renishaw inVia Raman microscope, with an excitation wavelength of 488 nm and a testing range of 200-1400 cm-1. The full frequency resolution was within 1 cm-1. Use Thermo iCAP 6300 radial observation inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) to determine the content of Nd2O3, and use it for subsequent spectral property calculations. This dataset also includes mathematical statistical models and characterizations built using JMP10 software.
