Microclimate Persistence in Island Montane Cloud Forests

fig*.py are python code files to reproduce figures in the article. Q_Qs_RH_trend_pvalue.nc contains trends and P values of specific humidiy, saturated specific humidity, and relative humidity over Taiwan. LAT_LON_Hei.nc contains latitude, longitude, and topography of data used in this article. mask_east.nc contains mask of analyzed regions used in this article. MCF_frac.nc contains montane cloud forest fraction (MCF_frc) used in this article. interannual_ano_gp.nc contains annual anomalies of each variable for each altitude group (separated by 50m interval). RH_std.nc contains standard deviation of detrended relative humidity over Taiwan.
