Neural progenitors are considered as an homogenous population in the neural epithelium. We used single cell RNA sequencing (sc-RNA-seq) to analyze their diversity in the neural tube Overall design: Cervical part of neural tubes (spanning 5 somites starting from somite n°8) were dissected at HH18 and dissociated and analyzed using scRNAseq.
