1.以平台化的工厂建模方式，在软件上灵活构建从集团到工厂、车间、产线、设备的工厂运转体系；并以此进行包含工艺路线和工艺参数的工艺BOM管理。
2.以RFID/标识码、现场物流、生产防错、异常处理、动作管控、数据采集及监控SCADA及产品溯源、质量管理、设备运维等系统功能，满足生产工厂工位级别对人、机、料、法，环、测等方面的制造执行管理和现场控制。
3. 采用工业大数据平台进行现场监控，工业智能的大数据分析，从而实现工厂管理的全方位数字化。
