Infinity Flow - Test Normalization

This dataset is of unmixed spectral flow cytometry data gated for live singlets. Each sample has the same 23 color backbone and an additional PE Infinity Marker. The samples were captured at different timepoints with 4 independent biological replicates to introduce batch effects between captures. The purpose is to test if z-score normalization of backbone channels yields more accurate prediction of held out back bone channels on separate biological replicates.
