Confocal images of the small microcolonies used in the work "Replicative age negatively influences proliferative capacity since early stages in a Whi5-dependent manner". Every folder contains images in DAPI filter where bud scars are visible, and transmitted light images of the same small microcolony. Several Z sections of every small microcolony were taken.
