GraphPop: Analysis Results, Source Data, and Scripts (v0.1.0)

Analysis results, figure source data, R/Python scripts, benchmark data, and supplementary tables accompanying the GraphPop paper. GraphPop is a graph database-native population genomics engine that reduces summary statistic complexity from O(V×N) to O(V×K). This archive includes all data needed to reproduce the figures and tables in the manuscript, applied to rice 3K (3,024 accessions, 29.6M SNPs) and human 1000 Genomes (3,202 samples, 22 autosomes).
