NRS-12304 | File registration and movement cards

These are file registration and movement cards which appear to record each piece of correspondence received by the Branch. On one side the cards record: date and time the papers were received; year; 'progressive number'; 'department' (the originator of the correspondence); and 'approval sought' which is actually the subject of the correspondence. A running number for the cards is recorded in the right-hand corner. On the reverse the cards record progressive number and file movement. (6/12092-114). 23 boxes.
