Soluble E-cadherin stimulated EcCAR-MSCs and UTD-MSCs with 3 normal donors

Bulk RNAseq was performed across 3 biological donors of MSCs transduced with EcCAR (EcCAR-MSCs) or untransduced (UTD-MSCs) MSCs from normal donors were transduced with a replication-incompetent lentiviral vector expressing a second-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) consisting of an anti-Ecad single chain variable fragment (FMC63) fused to CD28 and CD3ζ intracellular domains as previously described. Cells were then stimulated for 24 hours with soluble E-cadherin fc chimera.
