Production of hydrogen and organic acids using different concentrations of sugar cane vinasse under thermophilic conditions, validation of a model using 16S rRNA gene sequencing data

In this work, a model was used by the insertion of the route lactate to acetate + propionate to describe the behavior of the system at initial concentration of vinasse lower than 30kgCOD/m3.
