资源简介:
We investigated the cell composition in the bone fracture (osteotomy) gap under two different ambulatory loading conditions (stiif vs. compliant - external fixator). In addition, we applied an receptor inhibitor or respective isotype control to understand the role of a specific progenitor subpopulation during the onset of bone fracture repair. Un-injured bone marrow was used as control. Some samples were combined prior to library prep as indicated in the sample titles Cells from the bone fracture (osteotomy) gap and contralateral bone marrow were isolated 3 days post-osteotomy. Erythrocyte lysis and live cells sorting was performed before scRNAseq. Female C57BL/6J mice (Jackson Laboratory) aged 14-16 weeks were used.
