The loss of ADAR1 significantly reduced ribosome production, decreased tumor translational efficiency, and impaired the translation of oncogenic pathways. And NOP14 significantly upregulated ribosome production and tumor translational efficiency. RNA-Seq was performed in control siRNA and ADAR1 siRNA cells. RNA-Seq was performed in NOP14-overexpressing and control MDA-MB-231 cells.
