资源简介:
Despite state-of-the-art surgical and non-surgical fracture treatment, 10-15% of fracture patients experience nonunion. As a fracture event is accompanied by an early strong pro-inflammatory response, this study investigated the role of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), an evolutionary highly conserved defense mechanism aimed at fighting infection, in bone regeneration. This project contains RNA-seq data generated from bone marrow cells (BMCs) of WT mice and mice with combined genetic deficiency in DNase1 and DNase1like3 (D1/D1l3-/-). BMCs were cultured in osteogenic induction medium and total RNA was extracted at day 2.
