Cosmic Unified Metrology: Defining Length, Mass, and Time from World Quantum Theory

AbstractThis paper proposes a cosmic-scale unified metrology framework based on World Quantum Theory. By anchoring physical quantities in the fundamental action quantum ℏ, and incorporating the internal-to-orbital coupling factor x and geometric ratio d/v, we define universal units for cosmic time (So), cosmic length (Lo), and cosmic mass (Mo). All three are grounded in the concept of "existence cost per ℏ", eliminating regional dependence and enabling cross-domain, cross-scale physical unification. Paper: World Quantum Theory
