资源简介:
Our findings provide a foundation for developing subtype-specific epigenetic therapies across distinct subtypes of breast cancer context, with a holistic view of how G9a inhibitor reshape the epigenetic landscape, affecting gene expression across multiple pathways. This helps in distinguishing beneficial effects, like tumor suppression, from potential risks, such as immune suppression or toxicity. This study highlights subtype-specific epigenetic regulators and validates G9a as a promising therapeutic target, particularly for TNBC. The findings provide a foundation for developing targeted epigenetic therapies to improve outcomes for aggressive BC subtypes. Overall design: RNA-seq profilig of wildtye and G9a inhibitor UNC0642 treated MCF7 cells?MDA-MB-231 cells?MDA-MB-468 cells .
