资源简介:
This study is a single-center, prospective, randomized controlled pilot trial aimed at exploring the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) and probiotics on the gut microbiota of critically ill patients with sepsis who have undergone broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment. The study included 40 patients divided into control, probiotics, and FMT groups. Gut microbiota composition was analyzed using 16S rDNA sequencing, and clinical inflammatory markers were assessed at baseline, one week, and two weeks post-treatment.
